Here at Bay Medical Aesthetics, we are and always have been committed to providing a safe and healthy clinic environment for you. As a doctor-operated practice, we observe strict clinical guidelines including those recommended by the Australian Government and the World Health Organisation in response to COVID-19.
We are now asking our clients screening questions and checking their temperature on entry. We are limiting admission to one client in treatment at any time and keeping treatment times to under 30 minutes.
While government restrictions are easing, we continue to observe social distancing and other COVID-Safe protocols. We are limiting the number of customers allowed in the premise, and asking our customers screening questions and taking their temperature.
Our clinic in Black Rock is located along Bluff Road with ample street parking, so you will not have to enter crowded shopping centres or malls to visit us. Appointment times have been spaced out so that you can be taken directly to the treatment room while treatment times are set to ensure our team members have adequate time to perform a thorough treatment, as well as properly clean and sterilise treatment rooms and equipment ready for the next client.
Our team members, under the supervision of our medical doctor, are thoroughly trained to ensure all health, safety and environment-related procedures are adhered to always, as evidenced through our regular audit process. These procedures include, but are not limited to, the following:
We are working closely with our medical doctor to monitor the situation and take the necessary action to protect our clients and team members and the jobs our services create.
Our services help reduce the demoralising effect of social isolation, and we have found many patients to be thankful as we continue to support their ongoing and, at times, urgent needs.
Stay safe and we look forward to seeing you soon!
